Camp check in Sunday, July 17th from 2:30pm-4:30pm. Please come up during that time to get checked in and settled in your cabin, meet your counselor and cabin mates and start in on the fun.
Suggested items to bring with you:
Plenty of shorts, t-shirts, underwear and socks (shorts and shirts must cover all undergarments, no midriff shirts, no clothing with inappropriate images or language allowed), a pair of jeans and/or sweats, a sweatshirt, pajamas, tennis shoes, shower/pool shoes (closed toed shoes required at all times unless going to the shower or pool), hat, swim trunks, 2 towels, sleeping bag and pillow (bedding is not provided), toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothbrush, deodorant), bug spray, sunscreen, Bible, notebook and pen, flashlight.
Please do not bring electronic devices such as ipads, laptops, etc..
We highly recommend leaving cell phones at home. Counselors will have access to phones as needed. We want campers to fully invest in camp life and engage with/make friends while they are with us.
Note: If any camper is caught with a cell phone in the bathroom, they will be sent home immediately.
If your child takes ANY medications, they must be brought in the original packaging. Please put them in a gallon ziplock bag and label with your child's name. These will be checked in and left with the nurse upon arrival and returned to the camper on Saturday morning prior to departure.
Yosemite Bible Camp is a drug, alcohol and weapon (this includes pocket knives) free zone. If a camper has any of these things, parents will be called to pick up the child immediately.
Pick up is on Saturday, June 23rd BY 9:00am. Make sure that your child has finished cleaning their cabin/bathroom before leaving. Please do not be late. We have to get checked out early so they can prepare for the next group to come in.
