Winter Retreat
February 9th- 11th, 2024

Mandatory Registration:
Online beginning, Thursday, December 11 to Friday, January 26, 2024
In-Person Check-in:
Friday, February 9, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 6:30pm
Staff Arrival: 4:00 pm
Camper Arrival: Between 6:00-6:30pm.
Camper Depart: Sunday, February 11 @ 10 am for all campers.
All campers must be dropped off and picked up on time.

9th grade through 19 years of age.

Students: $ 120
Staff: $ 80
Disclaimer: Registration fees are non-refundable even if a camper becomes ill either before or during camp. Register now to secure your spot!
What to bring
Bible, water bottle, flashlight, and a good attitude. Please make sure to have personal items labeled. What not to bring: electronic devices, jewelry,
or other valuable items. College Church Winter Retreat is a drug/alcohol/tobacco free event. Disclaimer: NO knives or guns are allowed! Cell Phones: DO NOT BRING PHONES, PLEASE. The point of the retreat is to retreat from the world for a moment away, not to bring it
with you!
The church and staff will not be held liable for lost or damaged electronic devices. Staff have cell phones available to campers should an emergency
arise. **Any individual caught using a cell phone in the bathroom will be immediately sent home. Cell phones will not be collected at retreat, but during small groups , lessons, and devos, phones will not be allowed.
Dress Code
Campers and staff are expected to dress modestly.
NO excessively tight or revealing clothing
NO clothing that exposes undergarments
We expect you to use good judgment in determining how you will dress at retreat. If you choose to dress inappropriately, you will be asked to change.
If the problem persists, you will be sent home. We need your help to make sure that we all have a great camp experience. Every camper is expected
